Our team at New Braunfels Family and Cosmetic Dentistry wants to make sure your visit goes smoothly from the moment you enter until final checkout. That’s why we’re sharing information you should know before you arrive. Please take a few minutes to read the following. YOUR FIRST DENTAL VISIT
If you are coming to our office for the first time, welcome! When you arrive, we’ll show you around the office and ask you to fill out some new patient paperwork. When we’re ready for you, we’ll call you back and start the process of taking your X-rays. Dr. Albrecht will then come talk with you, examine your smile, and look at the X-rays. If he notices anything amiss, he’ll discuss next steps with you. Finally, we’ll schedule any future appointments before sending you on your way!
NEW PATIENT FORMS
If you’d like, you can certainly complete the necessary new patient paperwork while you wait in our front area. However, you can also do so before you come. That way, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy our iPads and coffee bar while you wait for your appointment to start.
