Preparing For Your First Visit
During your first visit, our team will review your oral health and history, go over any questions or dental issues you may have, and create a customized treatment plan based on your needs and goals. Your first appointment will typically involve:
- A full review of your dental and medical history.
- A complete dental exam.
- Digital X-rays.
- If needed, a professional dental cleaning.
You can complete the necessary new patient paperwork when you first arrive for your appointment. However, you can download and complete the forms prior to your visit if you prefer. These can be accessed here:
Save on Your Dental Care with our NBD Discount Plan
If you want an alternative to dental insurance or additional savings, our NBD discount plan is a great solution. With our two plan options, you will have your standard preventative care (exams, X-rays, and cleanings for the year) covered. At New Braunfels Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we want to make your dental care as accessible as possible. We are in-network with several major insurance carriers and accept many other insurance plans.
In addition, we partner with flexible financing options—CareCredit®, Sunbit, and Proceed Finance. All these options have affordable monthly plans to best fit your budget.
Insurance Providers
At New Braunfels Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we are in-network with several major dental insurance providers and accept many others. Please note - we do not accept Tri-Care Military plans, HMO plans, DMO plans, or Medicaid plans. If you have questions, please contact our office. We will partner with you to help maximize your benefits and recommend additional financing options.
